Our museum is the ideal space to host your special event! The airy and elegant buildings open directly onto idyllic grass runways, perfectly equipped for everything from weddings to workshops.
Our facilities feature a spacious and elegant gathering hall, with large restrooms, a patio area, AC & heating, on-site refrigeration, and a utility/prep room. The entire western wall can function as a door and opens onto the lawn. With on-site parking, practical and professional amenities such as a PA system, dimmable lighting, and basic seating, and located within 2 hours of both Chicago and Milwaukee, Kelch Aviation Museum is a welcoming site to host banquets, conventions, workshops, and all manner of events!
Additionally, our 12,000 square foot hangar space is available to rent for larger events. Great for car shows, vintage-themed parties and events, and so much more!
All our buildings are fully accessible. Basic seating, projection, crowd control, and vintage travel-themed decorations are available for some events - just ask! Your rental includes a staff member on-site for your entire event to assist you. Bill & Sue Knight Memorial Hangar
A 12,000 square feet of state-of-the-art hangar space, this is the main "showroom" at Kelch Aviation Museum, filled with airplanes, automobiles, and an array of displays. Options for rental are endless - from educational events to roaring twenties parties, we've got you covered!
Kent Joranlien Memorial Fellowship Hall
The brand-new Kent Joranlien Memorial Fellowship Hall features a large event space within the main museum building. Accessible and specifically designed for gatherings, features include an AV system, catering/utility room, shaded patio, and more. Make your wedding extra special with a vintage car bride-and-groom delivery, or use our projector to share pictures at a family reunion. Whatever the occasion, we are so excited to host your event!
