Join us for our monthly Vintage Aviation Movie Night at the Kelch Aviation Museum on June 15th! Pizza and soft drinks at 6:30, movie starts at 7pm. The Movie: The Rocketeer (1991): A throwback to classic vintage aviation movies, The Rocketeer is set in 1938 Los Angeles, where a young stunt pilot stumbles onto a prototype jetpack that allows him to become a high-flying masked hero. His heroic deeds soon attract the attention of famous aviator Howard Hughes, the FBI, and Nazi operatives keen to steal the rocket pack for themselves. Vintage Aviation Movie Night: The Great Waldo Pepper
Join us for our monthly Vintage Aviation Movie Night at the Kelch Aviation Museum on August 17th! Pizza and soft drinks at 6:30, movie starts at 7pm. The Movie: The Great Waldo Pepper (1975): THE classic barnstorming movie, directed by George Roy Hill. After WW1, an ex-fighter pilot (Robert Redford) takes up barn-storming and by chance meets a former German opponent when they both fly staged dogfights in Hollywood.
