March is Women’s History Month! Here’s aviatrix Mildred Kaufman, who set a record for female aviators by flying 46 loop-the-loops in February of 1930. She’s pictured with her plane shortly after that record-setting flight, when she was 23 years old.

So many amazing women have flown, broken through the glass ceiling, and changed the world of aviation. This month we’re celebrating these wonderful aviatrices.
