The Movie: China Clipper (1936)

In this gritty Warner Brothers flick, Pat O’Brien stars as Dave Logan, a determined aviator who forms a Washington-Philadelphia airline but suffers financial problems. Joined by flying ace Hap Stuart, played by Humphrey Bogart, the men attempt to establish pan-American and trans-Pacific routes – but at what cost?
