First Flight $2,000 Challenge Grant!

On December 17th, 1903, the Wright Brothers made their first flight and changed the world forever. Just three days ago on December 14th, our 18-year-old staff member Hannah made her own first solo flight! The museum’s goal is to celebrate history and to share aviation inspiration and resources for future pilots, and this week has been very special in both those areas!

So in honor of those first flights, we’re launching a First Flight Challenge Grant! Eric & Kathleen Berens of Stevens Point, Wisconsin have pledged to match up to $2,000 in donations to the museum, starting now until Monday, December 20th. Remember, any donation you make is automatically doubled through this challenge grant, so there’s never been a better time to give!
